Job Description

We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Partner to join our Greek team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic liaison between IT and other functions across the market. This role will be part of the dynamic Southern European Regional IT, reporting directly to the SE IT Lead. As an IT Business Partner you will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for IT-enabled improvements and ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions, using their deep knowledge of business functions and IT capabilities to influence roadmaps, drive innovation and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between IT and other business functions.

  • Translate business strategies into IT initiatives and ensure alignment with overall IT architecture and market goals.

  • Identify business needs, analyze processes and propose technology-based solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Lead or support the scoping and requirements gathering for IT projects and enhancements.

  • Facilitate the development of business cases including ROI and TCO analysis.

  • Collaborate with SE Cluster team, Enterprise Architects, Project Managers and Partners to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to market stakeholders by maintaining strong knowledge of their functions and trends.

  • Monitor and report on the value delivered by IT investments and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Stay informed on emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.

  • Support change management and adoption activities to maximize the value of IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in management within technology/application operations.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management within a dynamic, preferably multinational environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and translate business needs into IT solutions, including scoping business cases.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance them.
  • Experience in managing external vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
