Job Description

Indirect Buyer, Turkey role is responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities across indirect categories including HR, IT, Logistics, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical areas. Manages tenders, negotiations, contracting, and ensures accurate purchasing data and compliance.

Supports strategic alignment by analyzing departmental spend, maintaining spend databases, and coordinating information flow. Leads cost and process optimization projects to deliver financial targets and identify saving opportunities.

Develops reporting systems to track supplier/category spend, savings, and project progress. Manages contract storage and ensures compliance with procurement procedures and company policies, including EHS and Code of Conduct.

Indirect Buyer, Turkey role is based in Istanbul Head Office and directly reporting to Procurement Manager, MEA & EECA.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in an international FMCG environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in cost optimization projects
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; fluent in English
  • Analytical, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, team player, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
