Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Analyst to join our Sales team.

He/ she will perform business analysis and will ensure the development of business by turning data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intuitive and robust dashboards, visualizations, self-serve information delivery tools and reports which will benefit the internal clients in their day-to-day activities
  • Become aware of business trends, economic conditions, customer developments, competitive activities, historical category learnings, new products and promotion developments to make forecast recommendations and highlight potential issues or opportunities
  • Assist in the planning stage and the delivery of the targeted net revenue, trade spend and other company objectives, in a manner that is consistent with the strategic direction of the business
  • Provide insights to Sales Team members and other associates based on emerging shopper, market and client trends through reporting and ad-hoc analysis using different systems (Safir, Nielsen)
  • Support sales insights and analytic initiatives for the categories and JDE customers
  • Build targets for the compensation bonuses of each associate of Sales team. Report on actual results.
  • Set objectives for distributors and calculate achievements. Manage distributors T&C calculation and keep relationship with Finance department
  • Administer from data point of view the system providing Sell-out and In-market-sales historical information
  • Ensure company procedures compliance and full alignment with Finance department in all reporting processes
  • Coordinate S&OP processes from Sales side with close communication with all involved stakeholders (Shopper Marketing, Key Account Management, Marketing, Sales Field)



  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing/ Finance
  • Experience in Commercial environment
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Strong personal leadership
  • Proactive, capable to find out of the box solutions
  • Proficient MS Office user
  • Experience using applications like SAP, Safir is a plus
  • Fluent in Romanian & English
